At Air Flights Fare, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the applicable cancellation charges, refund terms, and payment conditions for holiday packages booked through us.
Booking & Payment Policy
To secure and confirm your booking, the following payment schedule shall apply:
At the Time of Booking Confirmation
- Minimum 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
21 Days Before Departure
- 100% Flight Cost
- 25% of Land Package Cost
20–8 Days Before Departure
- 100% Flight Cost
- 50% of Land Package Cost
7 Days Before Departure
- 100% Payment of the Total Package Cost
Please note that bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment and written confirmation from Air Flights Fare.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through official communication channels.
Cancellation charges shall be applied as follows:
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Departure
- 25% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Airline cancellation charges will be applicable as per the airline’s policy.
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Departure
- 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- No refund shall be applicable.
Flight Cancellation Charges
Airline tickets are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation and refund policies.
Any airline penalties, fare differences, convenience fees, or service charges imposed by the airline will be deducted from the refund amount.
Hotel Cancellation Charges
Hotels operate under their own cancellation policies.
Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, resorts, or accommodation providers shall be passed on to the customer.
Refund Processing
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Refund timelines may vary depending on:
- Airline processing times
- Hotel supplier policies
- Banking and payment gateway processing times
Non-Refundable Services
The following may be non-refundable:
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Processing fees
- Government taxes and charges
- Special event bookings
- Certain promotional or discounted packages
No Show Policy
If a traveller fails to arrive for a booked service without prior notice:
- No refund shall be provided.
- The booking shall be treated as a cancellation on the date of departure.
Force Majeure
Air Flights Fare shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Political unrest
- Airline operational issues
Refunds in such situations will be subject to the policies of the respective travel suppliers.
